SMART CAP story
A professional LED switches manufacturer that we have try to resolve customer’s problem not only offer standard switches. The engineers very hard to find out what they need switches or button, sometime the height of switches is wrong, the button too large or small, require circuit but only have square, need LED switches but only have non-LED type, SMD mount or right-angle type but only have through holes type, need the button can fit in the legends but cannot found….etc problem. SMART CAP resolves the problem.

身為一個專業帶燈開關供應商不應該單純提供客戶標準零件而是站在客戶端替客戶解決所遇到的問題。工程師經常是找不到適合的開關或按鈕，一下是高度不對、按鈕太大或太小、外觀要圓的卻只有方的、想要帶LED燈的開關卻只有無燈開關、要SMD或90度彎腳的開關卻只有180度插件式的開關、要一個可以放置指示投影片的按鈕卻找不到合適的…等等問題。SMART CAP做到了。

起因:荷蘭客戶從事廣播系統設備製造,原本使用歐規開關時因LED不是內建在按鍵開關內部,於生產尚須多一道工序使得生產成本變高.故而要求我們研發一款內建LED,靜音,長行程(4.5mm),高壽命(5百萬次)開關於是開發SPG系列開關.
特色:SPG系列分為日規與歐規兩大部分，日規部分有SPG1和SPG2開關總高為23mm但按壓行程分為4.5mm和3.5mm兩種，按鈕上蓋有12mm*12mm、15mm*15mm、17.4mm*17.4mm以及17.4mm*34.8mm四種尺寸、歐規部分為SPG3 (12mm*12mm),SPG4(18.5mm*18.5mm)以及SPG5(15.2mm*15.2mm)開關總高度都是24mm按壓行程同為4.5mm。
SPG系列內建的LED則可以安裝單色、雙色或是RGB全彩(R紅、G綠、B藍三原色光源)LED，按鈕上蓋形式有分平面、圓弧頂內凹以、圓弧頂內凹加凸點以及圓弧頂等形式。在SPG4又區分2種觸感,一種是滑順按壓觸感,另一種則是具有回饋觸感。
