可點亮LED判斷LED顏色並根據測試夾夾片顏色確認LED+-極性，內建限流電阻以及背面可調LED 順向電流的切換開關，可讓LED達到20mA、10mA或5mA亮度且不怕燒壞LED，夾片尖端特別為SMD零件設計成平面方便夾取量測SMD封裝零件。

From LED switch and push button manufacture

SPG3 series

Begin:Custome in Netherlanda/Holland who is broadcasting console manufacturer, he used using European silent push button switches but that switches did not integrate LED for illuminated, so they need purchased SMD type LED seperate and solder separate so they feel that cost too high, that is why they requiry development New silent pushbutton integrated LED into switches and the total travel 4.5mm with 5 million operation cycle life time, on year 2010 we finished SPG series.

Function/feature:SPG series separate in 5 section, the SPG1 and SPG2 not finish yet, the SPG3 button is 12mm*12mm, SPG4 button is 18.5mm*18.5mm finally SPG5 button is 15.2mm sq., the SPG3,SPG4 and SPG5 are same high. SPG4 have 2 type option one is without click feedback feeling, another one is with clear feedback feeling. The LED we can build in single, bi-color or RGB full color RGB LED, that bi-color or tricolor LED can combination the LED become other color by your own control mother board.

起因:荷蘭客戶從事廣播系統設備製造,使用歐洲產品時因LED不是內建在按鍵開關內部,於生產尚須多一道工序使得生產成本變高.故而要求我們研發一款內建LED,靜音,長行程(4.5mm),高壽命(5百萬次)開關於是產生SPG系列開關.

功能:SPG系列共分為三大區塊SPG3 (12mm*12mm),SPG4(18.5mm*18.5mm)以及SPG5(15.2mm*15.2mm)其高度都相同.特別的是我們在SPG4又區分2種觸感,一種是標準無回饋感,另一種則是具有回饋感觸感.內建的LED則可以安裝單色燈,雙色燈或是RGB全彩(R紅,G綠,B藍三原色光源)LED.

身為一個專業帶燈開關供應商不應該單純提供客戶標準零件而是站在客戶端替客戶解決所遇到的問題。工程師經常是找不到適合的開關或按鈕，一下是高度不對、按鈕太大或太小、外觀要圓的卻只有方的、想要帶LED燈的開關卻只有無燈開關、要SMD或90度彎腳的開關卻只有180度插件式的開關、要一個可以放置指示投影片的按鈕卻找不到合適的…等等問題。SMART CAP做到了。

特色:SPG系列分為日規與歐規兩大部分，日規部分有SPG1和SPG2開關總高為23mm但按壓行程分為4.5mm和3.5mm兩種，按鈕上蓋有12mm*12mm、15mm*15mm、17.4mm*17.4mm以及17.4mm*34.8mm四種尺寸、歐規部分為SPG3 (12mm*12mm),SPG4(18.5mm*18.5mm)以及SPG5(15.2mm*15.2mm)開關總高度都是24mm按壓行程同為4.5mm。

SPG系列內建的LED則可以安裝單色、雙色或是RGB全彩(R紅、G綠、B藍三原色光源)LED，按鈕上蓋形式有分平面、圓弧頂內凹以、圓弧頂內凹加凸點以及圓弧頂等形式。在SPG4又區分2種觸感,一種是滑順按壓觸感,另一種則是具有回饋觸感。
